Job Summary:- Utilize rack or barrel fixturing to chemically process parts through cleaning, plating, pickling, or passivation lines according to process specifications.
- Follow environmental, health, and safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, steel toe shoes, gloves, and chemically resistant aprons.
- Calculate surface area of parts and apply current density as per plating specifications.
- Read and understand process sheets, product drawings, and visual work instructions.
- Review work orders or schedules established by the team leader.
- Log all procedures in accordance with plating quality requirements.
- Set up fixtures, racks, and barrels using data from logbooks.
- Operate in-process inspection equipment like micrometers and dial gauges.
- Ensure proper chemical waste disposal under supervision.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Work effectively in a team environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience in manufacturing/operations or a background in Chemistry/Chemical Processing.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic and interpret data.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, and safety regulations.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team.
- Basic computer skills (Windows and Microsoft Office).
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for 8-10 hours.
- Willingness to work overtime.

Salary: $24/hr
Work Hours:
10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
