Eaton in Beltsville, MD is seeking a Coupling Operator for the 3rd shift to operate and maintain the deburring cell, inspect parts, and run the bend press. The role runs 11 pm to 7 am, Monday through Friday, with a $20 per hour base pay plus a 10% shift premium.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, manufacturing experience, and the ability to read engineering drawings and use basic inspection tools. Candidates must be within 50 miles and be eligible to work in the U.S.
