Eaton’s IS AER FED division in Beltsville, MD is seeking a Coupling Operator on the 3rd shift to operate and maintain the deburring cell, inspection equipment, and bend press. The core hours are 11 pm to 7 am, Monday through Friday, with a 10% shift premium to the base hourly rate.
Responsibilities include inspecting retainers, deburring, reaming holes, tumbling, and polishing, along with ensuring parts meet specifications. Thi s role requires safety gear and physical stamina for long shifts.
