Salesperson​/Store Driver Store

Overview

Entry–level Salesperson and Store Driver supporting DIY parts sales and customer service. Full‑time or part‑time. Fleet safety certification preferred.

• Deliver excellent selling experience during DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help the store reach its sales objectives.
• Provide DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.).
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Manage inventory processes including truck put‑away, shoot‑outs, cycle counts and back‑stock.

• Maintain store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot).
• General stocking (truck stocking and back‑stock).
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.

• Basic driving and navigation ability.
• Ability to use delivery board system.
• Friendly communication.
• Ability to locate and stock parts.
• Safety knowledge and skills.
• Operating inventory systems and store equipment.
• Parts and automotive system knowledge skills.
• Operating POS and parts lookup systems.
• Expert at testing and diagnostic equipment for DIY service.

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus). Communicate effectively and build strong customer relationships.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals.
• Use basic math accurately (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Work an assortment of days, evenings and weekends as needed.

• 2–3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and fleet safety certification required.

Predominantly walking or standing. Frequently lift up to 50 lb and occasionally up to 100 lb. Close, distance, color and depth vision required. Noise level usually moderate.

USD 15.95 – 16.95 per hour.
