Strengthen a sales team driven by the spirit of possibility. As a Territory Manager, you will represent Marvin within the local market, contributing to growth by conducting market research, engaging customers, and educating them on our products.
Highlights of your role- Develop channel partners to cover all market segments within the geography and increase Marvin’s market share.
- Implement strategic sales plans; develop territory budget and sales forecasts.
- Build channel partner sales teams and trade contractors through training, covering market segment focus, sales support, technology interface tools, sales training, and product knowledge.
- Analyze current channel partners and create plans to grow market share, within existing dealer base or explore new go‑to‑market options.
- Work with dealers, builders, contractors, architects, remodelers to provide clear, valuable communication on projects, services, and offerings.
- Manage the job role’s expense budget.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with decision makers via creative problem‑solving, accurate information, and timely responses.
- Assist in developing new sales programs and processes.
- Represent Marvin at trade and consumer shows.
- Communicate strategic and tactical information to sales leadership regarding competitors.
- Promote and coordinate factory tours and training at the corporate/flagship location in Warroad, MN.
- Frequent travel across the assigned territory, including overnight stays.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience selling premium building products in a dealer‑direct, territory‑based outside sales environment.
- Previous experience in fenestration or premium building materials preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Solution‑oriented and innovative thinking.
- Proficiency with required technology, software, and CRM platform ().

CompensationTotal earning potential $73,000‑$120,000 between base salary and variable compensation, with significant upside on the variable component to bring total compensation beyond this range if targets are over‑achieved.
