We aim to have a reliable and professional Security Guard to support operations at our manufacturing facility in Beltsville, Maryland
. This role ensures a safe, secure, and orderly environment for employees, visitors, and property. The position follows a rotating 12‑hour day shift schedule, with some weeks covering 3 days and others 4 days.

• Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Rotation:
  Week 1 – 3 days;
  Week 2 – 4 days
• Includes weekends as part of rotation
• Consistent, predictable once assigned

• Monitor facility entrances and exits
• Control access for employees, visitors, and vendors
• Conduct routine security checks and patrols
• Observe and report suspicious activity or safety concerns
• Maintain daily security logs and incident reports
• Respond calmly and professionally to situations as they arise
• Support overall workplace safety policies

• Prior security, warehouse, or facility experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to remain alert during 12‑hour shifts
• Strong reliability and punctuality
• Professional demeanor and good communication skills
• Must stand and walk for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

• $16.50 per hour
