HVAC Technicians

HVAC technician needed for our Commercial Service Department. Commercial and multi-family experience required. Good work and personal skills & good driving record are required. The successful candidate must be willing to participate in our on-call schedule. We provide ongoing training, uniforms, and a take-home company vehicle. Excellent pay and benefits. We are a drug-free workplace. Our service area is DC, NOVA, and MD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, replace, troubleshoot and repair heating and cooling systems in residential and commercial applications adhering to manufacturer, code and safety requirements.
• Have a working knowledge of gas piping systems and understand requirements of safe operation of gas burning appliances.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work area following company handbook and safety requirements.
• Communicate with office and warehouse staff following instructions and assisting company objectives.
• Communicate with customers in a professional manner as necessary to determine service needs.
• Notify management of any hazardous situations encountered.
• Review blueprints and building codes and specifications to determine work details and procedures.
• Keep records of assignments and produce detailed work reports.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Compensation:

HVAC Mechanic: $25.00 - $55.00 Hourly
