MANITOU Group in Belvidere, IL is seeking a Shipping Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities, labor scheduling, order fulfillment, and safety programs. You will coach a team, monitor KPIs, manage end-to-end supply chain processes in Reflex ERP, and ensure accuracy and quality in customer orders.
This role is 2nd shift, Monday–Friday 10am–7pm, with a base salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 per year plus a potential quarterly bonus.
