Quality Control Inspector

This full-time day shift position reports directly to the Quality Manager. This position is responsible for in-process and final visual/dimensional inspection functions of steel fabrications, piping, pressure vessels, and finished machined parts. Working conditions are mainly in a shop environment, with a small percentage of time spent in an office environment. Exposure to possible shop hazards including but not limited to welding fumes, heat, flash burns, skin burns, high noise level and eye injuries from welding arc and grinders, as well as industrial machinery, and fork truck traffic.

Physical requirements include periods of standing, walking, climbing, and bending, with minimal heavy lifting. Working at heights or in tight spaces may be required at times.
