CNC Operator Wage: $18.00 per hour

CNC Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Assist in the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of CNC machinery to ensure smooth production workflows.

- Follow detailed technical instructions and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

- Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to meet production standards.

- Collaborate with team members to improve process efficiency and equipment performance.

- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and machine data.

CNC Operator Requirements:

- Basic experience with CNC machines or a strong mechanical aptitude.

- Proficiency in math, with above-average skills to interpret measurements, decimals, place values.

- Measure machined parts with precision measuring tools
- Experience working on farms or in hands-on, mechanical environments is considered highly beneficial.

- Completion of training programs; preferred not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a desire to learn and grow within the manufacturing industry.

- Ability to lift 50 lbs. somewhat often throughout shift.

- Ability to stand 8-10 hours a day, bend, twist, stoop, lift.

- Ability to proficiently to read and speak English.
