We are seeking motivated early-career accountants to join our team! As an Entry-Level Staff Accountant you will gain hands‑on experience in tax, bookkeeping, and assurance services for a diverse client base. You will build on your academic knowledge while preparing tax returns, developing technical skills, and making a meaningful impact for our clients. We offer direct client interaction, professional development, and flexibility to balance your career and life—all in a collaborative, growth‑focused environment.

• Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and other types of tax returns
• Preparing financial statements, related disclosures, and other required reports
• Maintain and organize financial data and records for assigned clients
• Utilize and learn various tax and research software, and internal workflow procedures
• Build foundational technical and operational knowledge to perform assigned tasks proficiently

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Eligible to sit or working towards CPA or CMA certification
• Understanding of accounting fundamentals, GAAP, and professional standards
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office Products
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Team-oriented, innovative, and eager to learn
• Competitive Compensation: $22‑26/hour with time and a half after 40 hours weekly
