Sanford Health is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician in Bemidji, MN.

The department consists of seven physicians and three advanced practice providers.

Multi-specialty clinic.

118-bed hospital with a 14-bed ICU.

ER volumes: 27,000 annually.

Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with additional benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, paid time off, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.

Annual compensation range (based on 1.0 FTE): $255,568 - $330,735, with potential to exceed based on personally performed wRVUs.
