Chief Operations OfficerOur client is a great community bank and they are looking for a Chief Operations Officer to be responsible for managing the bank's daily operations, translating the CEO's strategy into actionable plans, and ensuring efficiency across all departments. Key duties include overseeing functions such as retail banking, lending, IT, HR, and finance; managing budgets and controlling expenses; implementing new products and technologies;
and ensuring compliance with regulations and high customer service standards.
Must have at least 5 years of community banking experience. Relocation candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
