• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience within the past 4 years.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

• Candidate must have a Minnesota license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations.
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living less than 80 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• 6 months between Staff at Program:
  Medical Solutions Plus Program - Sanford Health.
• Pre‑employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your onboarding process.

Nurse to patient ratio of this unit: 1:3 mom/baby couplets, 1:5 GYN/Med‑Surge patients, 1:3‑4 pediatrics.

Every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays.

Must be willing to float to Med‑Surg & Tele.

7 days maximum time off.

• 1 reference from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) – required for submission.
• 1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) – required for submission.

Driver’s license required for submission.

• Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition (NRP)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
• Basic Life Support
