Clinical Nurse Supervisor (RN)
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Supervisor (RN) to ensure the health care needs of all clients are met in our assisted living community. This role is responsible for maintaining compliance with Assisted Living License regulations, training staff on current policies and procedures, and supervising the delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee client health care needs and ensure quality standards.
- Train and support staff in assisted living procedures and policies.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with Assisted Living Director to supervise staff and service delivery.
