• Acute care setting within the Physical Therapy unit
• 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week
• No call required; weekends not required
• Potential to work holidays
• Uses EPIC EMR system

• BLS-AHA certification required
• MN state Physical Therapist license required (license required if applicable)
• Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure
• Valid driver's license may be required when applicable

• Plans, organizes, and delivers physical therapy programs to help patients recover and improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities
• Documents patient information for evaluation and maintains documentation in accordance with departmental guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Educates patients and family members about treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Analyzes and records therapeutic progress and recommends necessary adjustments
• Follows all guidelines, regulations, standards, and safety procedures
• All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility
• Candidates who previously worked for this health system must have an end date at least 6 months prior to submission
• Local candidates within 80 miles of the facility may be considered at an adjusted pay rate
