Description:
Plans, organizes, and delivers physical therapy programs that help patients recover and improve mobility.
Relieves pain, increases strength, and prevents deformities.
Documents patient information for evaluation.
Educates patients and family members about treatment plans, schedules, and self-exercises to be continued onstrates documentation in accordance with departmental guidelines and meets all regulatory requirements.
Analyzes and records the therapeutic progress of patients.
Recommends necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
Follows guidelines, regulations, standards, and safety procedures in the therapy process.
Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
