Compensation Range: $23.00-$33.00/hr, Depending on experience.

Work Hours: Full-time;
Monday through Friday, 8-5pm.

Skills / Requirements /

Qualifications:

• Maintain new and renewal insurance business.
• Must be licensed in Life/Health insurance or be willing to obtain licensing within the first six months of employment.
• Field customer requests involving insurance policies.
• Retrieve scheduled renewal policy information from carrier websites.
• Update annual renewal comparison spreadsheets.
• Establish and maintain confidential files and records.
• Efficiently process renewals, enrollments, change requests, and claims.
• Quote and remarket customer accounts as needed.
• High school diploma or GED required.
