40.00. Salary Range: $37.50 - $62.00.

• Support, build, maintain and optimize our network-wide healthcare building automation systems infrastructure.
• Ensure efficient operation of HVAC systems through software and hardware integration, data analysis, and collaboration with IT, construction, and facilities teams.
• Collaborate with team members, campus facilities engineers, IT teams and leadership to communicate issues and resolutions; manage BAS server access, IS cybersecurity and network integration.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BAS software (e.g., Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Pro-Long, Siemens and other BACnet systems) and hardware across multiple campuses and sites.
• Maintain and upgrade BAS applications, including patching, updates, licensing and managing access to BAS systems within facilities leadership.
• Lead or support BAS-related projects, including planning, implementation, and documentation; commission and retro-commission BAS installations.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed (on-site or remote) to maintain effective clinical and hospital operations.
• Support and maintain national standards (ASHRAE & ASHE Guidelines, CMS, Joint Commission, NFPA, FGI, state and local codes and regulations) with a focus on energy efficiency, indoor air quality, sustainability; integrate smart technologies and advanced systems to enhance efficiency, cost controls and occupant comfort.
• May require in-town travel and on-call work as needed.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 7 years of relevant working experience.
• Engineering, Computer Science, Facilities Management background.
• Minimum 7 years experience in building systems engineering, HVAC, design, administration and/or maintenance.
