Salary: $44.24–$65.66 per hour ($92,373–$137,098 annually)

Work You'll DoThe Community Behavioral Health Hospital (CBHH) is a 16‑bed inpatient psychiatric facility for adults with acute mental health episodes. As RN Supervisor, you will lead nursing staff, ensure skilled clinical nursing care, and maintain quality of care during your absence.
Responsibilities- Coordinate the delivery of nursing services and provide direct nursing care when no RN is present.
- Ensure unit staffing needs are met by appropriate utilization of staff, posting schedules, and observing and tracking overtime.
- Supervise and oversee nursing staff in the facility.
- Contribute to and participate in the safety and security for the facility, patients, and co‑workers by following and applying all safety policies and procedures.
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in Minnesota.
- Either:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing + 3 years RN experience, including 2 years as a charge RN; OR Associate degree or diploma + 4 years RN experience, including 2 years as a charge RN.
- Supervisory experience in a residential or hospital setting.
- Experience working with serious and persistent mental illness patients in a residential or hospital setting.
- Experience preparing nursing teams, sections, or units for accreditation and/or licensing surveys.
- Experience with conflict management.
