Seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to provide care for residents in a 78-bed nursing home offering long-term care and short-stay rehab. The RN will support a team of 8 direct reports, deliver high-quality patient care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to meet the needs of residents.

Requirements:

• ADN or BSN degree
• Active RN license
• BLS certification
• Strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Experience in wound care and problem-solving

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: Calculated based on MNA union scale
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
• Relocation Bonus: Not offered
