Travel LPN - LPN

American Traveler is seeking an LPN for a long-term care/skilled nursing unit requiring BLS certification and 1+ year of experience.

• LPN license required if applicable
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience required
• Driver's license required for consideration
• Two professional references required: one supervisor reference from within the last 12 months worked, and one peer or supervisor reference from within the last 3 years worked, both including employment dates and rehire eligibility

• Work in a post-acute, long-term care/skilled nursing facility (78 beds)
• General LTC population with some short-term care patients
• Patient ratios of 1:20 days/evenings and 1:40 nights
• EMR used is EPIC
• Evening and night shifts available including 3pm-11:30pm (8hr) and 7pm-7:30am (12hr) shifts
• Every other weekend and half of holidays required
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• No on-call or call-back requirements
• Facility-specific orientation provided
• Candidates within an 80-mile radius may be considered as local placements
• Local candidates accepted at an adjusted rate
