Havenwood Care Center is seeking a caring, dependable, and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team. If you enjoy working with older adults and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents, we would love to hear from you.

Wage: $28.75–$31.75 per hour, based on experience and the updated wage scale

Full-time and part-time opportunities available

Overnight opportunities are also available

$1.50/hour overnight shift differential

Additional $2/hour charge nurse differential when applicable

Every-other-weekend and holiday rotation may be required for applicable positions

Provide compassionate, quality nursing care to residents.

Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

Monitor and document residents' conditions, symptoms, and responses to care.

Report changes in residents' conditions to the supervising RN.

Assist with implementing and evaluating individualized resident care plans.

Provide comfort, safety, and emotional support to residents.

Work collaboratively with CNAs, RNs, physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Provide guidance, coaching, and oversight to nursing assistants.

Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment for residents and staff.

Current Minnesota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

Long-term care or geriatric nursing experience is preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Knowledge of nursing standards and applicable state and federal regulations.
