• Maintains sanitary and safe work environment
• Maintains clean dry floors and walls at all times, including sweeping and mopping
• Scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks on conveyor to dishwashing machine
• Washes pots, pans, trays, worktables, walls, ranges, refrigerators, deli slicers and buffalo chopper
• Segregates and removes trash, garbage and cardboard and places it in designated containers
• Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas and assists with receiving orders
• Sets up, maintains and works the dishwashing stations at events
• Helps keep all china, glass and silver in place and in order
• All other duties as assigned

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• One year of related work experience

• Ability to read and understand documents such as safety rules and operating instructions
• Ability to add and subtract
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends and holidays, as needed
• Must be able to read, write and speak in English
• Must have professional attitude and appearance
• Must be at least 18 years old
