As an Applebee’s Host/Server Assistant, you will greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile, assist our servers in delivering exceptional service, and maintain the overall flow of the restaurant. You will work hard, but also enjoy the experience!

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and smile at the entrance.
• Assist servers with guest service tasks.
• Maintain overall guest flow within the restaurant.

• At least 17 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.

• Ability to remain stationary and perform well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours.
• Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Clear verbal communication and attentive listening to staff.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining area, service bar, and kitchen.
• Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks, and use disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift.
• Frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
