Responsibilities
- Cooking as part of a team in a fast paced, family diner environment.
- Stocking your station and keeping it clean.
- Prepping and helping with putting deliveries away as needed
- Helping with closing work (cleaning grills, wrapping up food, sweeping, mopping, etc)
- Helping other stations with their work as well as helping in dish as needed.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Basic knife skills.
- Basic knowledge of cooking temps and timing.
- Working well with others and maintaining a good work environment.
- Working quickly and efficiently.
- Flexible schedule. No night work.
- Matching simple IRA plan to qualifying employees.
