Assistant Manager

Position Overview

Assistant General Manager (AGM) is a growth role designed to develop future leaders who think strategically about the store, the district, and Caribou as a whole. The AGM partners with the General Manager to run the store and impact the team and community.

• Develop a deep understanding of the business and grow toward General Manager confidence within one year.
• Create joy for every guest and teach the team to do the same.

• Required:
  
  1–3 years of restaurant/retail experience with a strong customer‑service commitment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have legal driving status with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Preferred:
  High school diploma or GED; 1 year of supervisory experience.

Hearing, speaking, seeing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing for 4–8 hours. Accomplish able with or without reasonable accommodations.
