Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, using a range of diagnostic tools, including an ohmmeter.
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning efficiently and safely.
- Work closely with plumbers and other tradespeople to ensure that HVAC systems are properly connected to other building systems.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs, including notes on the condition of the system and any issues that arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in HVAC technology and best practices.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Tech School,
3+ Years
work experience Requirements:
- Experience as an HVAC Service Technician, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and principles.
- Ability to maintain HVAC systems, including routine maintenance and repair work.
- Familiarity with field service and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- HVAC certification, or willingness to obtain certification.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Clean driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
