- $18.27/hour starting wage
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Shift premiums for afternoons, overnights, and weekends

Winnie’s Sisu House is a trauma-informed transitional living program for girls (16–21) who have experienced exploitation, offering safety, stability, and hope.
Hawkins Home is astructured, supportive program helping young women build confidence and skills as they transition into adulthood.

Requirements
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for responsible, mature, and self‑motivated individuals who are passionate about empowering at‑risk youth. If you’re someone who can set healthy boundaries, communicate clearly, stay calm in tough moments, and lead by example — you’ll thrive here.
Must‑Haves:
- 21+ years of age
- Valid Minnesota driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in providing structure and setting firm, positive limits
Nice‑to‑Haves (but not required):
- Education in Human Services, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or related fields
- Relevant experience working with youth or in residential care settings
