Provide an iconic customer experience

Ensuring today’s customers can buy the vehicles they want in a way that suits them means offering support during every step of the journey. You will guide customers through the paperwork associated with vehicle sales and support the functions of all store departments. By handling administrative details for our store, you will ensure that our customers receive an iconic customer experience.

We’ve become the nation’s largest retailer of used cars due to our honesty and transparency, and those same traits will help you succeed, too.

What you will do – Essential responsibilities
  • Complete administrative tasks to support all store departments
  • Provide customer service by greeting customers and guiding them through paperwork
  • Communicate effectively with customers and business partners
  • Maintain coverage at information desk and answer multi-line phone system
Learn and succeed as part of a team

This is a high-energy office environment where you will work as a team to handle a wide range of customer interactions and make sure everything goes smoothly. Opening and closing the business office, completing financial transactions, and processing paperwork will require a high level of attention to detail. We work and learn as a team to prioritize the customer experience.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheets
