Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavioral Technician.

Clinic-Based | Paid Training Provided.

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.

• Entry Level: $15.00/hr
• RBT I-V: $16.00–$20.00/hr
• Senior RBT: $21.00/hr

ABA Intern → Lead RBT → ABA Apprentice → BCBA → Clinical Leadership.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).

• Active RBT certification.
• Experience with children, autism, or developmental disabilities.
• Backgrounds in childcare, education, behavioral health, or related fields.

• Paid training & RBT certification support.
