PT - Physical Therapist

ARMStaffing is looking for a Physical Therapist, Inpatient Rehabilitation (Day Shift) in Fort Worth, Texas.

Fort Worth, TX

This is a 13-week contract position.

Full-time, 40 hours/week, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

The Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapist plays a crucial role in evaluating and treating patients within a rehabilitation setting. This position emphasizes patient safety, professional development, and collaborative care with interdisciplinary teams. The therapist will manage treatment plans and effectively document progress according to hospital guidelines.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.
• Develop appropriate treatment plans and goals to facilitate patient discharge.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to address barriers to patient discharge.
• Manage individual, concurrent, and group treatment sessions.
• Complete accurate medical record documentation, including daily notes and discharge summaries.
• Ensure care is provided under valid physician orders and within insurance approvals.
• Participate in student training and educational enhancement activities.
• Engage in professional development and advocacy efforts in the community.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy.
• Prior Inpatient Rehabilitation experience is preferred.

• BLS Certification required prior to the first shift.
• Must hold a valid, current State license in physical therapy.
