Job Overview

Domino’s Pizza is hiring a General Manager to lead store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, financial control, and staff performance. The role requires strong judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

• Oversee all store activities during shifts, including cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations.
• Set an example for the team, enforce all policies and procedures, and expect the same level of compliance from staff.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, and scheduling to maintain operational efficiency.
• Control costs, manage cash and profit margins, and ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, marketing initiatives, and a perfect image for customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service, handle attendance and punctuality issues, and support employee development.

• Experience operating kitchen/service equipment and carrying out daily store duties.
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills for processing orders and coordinating with team members.
• Strong math abilities – addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and handling monetary change.
• Proficient computer and touchscreen use for order entry and management systems.
• Ability to adapt to varying weather, temperature fluctuations, and high‑temperature equipment.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs), carry, push, pull, and climb as needed for store operations and deliveries.

Staff work in environments ranging from 36°F to 90°F+ with intermittent hot surfaces up to 500°F, exposure to food odors and moderate dust. Tasks involve standing, walking short distances, lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying dishes and trays, and occasional stair or ladder use. Drivers must maintain a clean driving record and operate a vehicle for deliveries.
