Business Development Manager

At Ideal Partners Staffing, we help businesses find the people who move them forward. Now we're looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to bring new clients into the Ideal Partners family and grow our presence in the market.

• Identify and pursue new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, Linked In, and in-person visits
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients across a range of industries
• Meet with hiring managers and decision-makers to understand their staffing challenges and workforce needs
• Present Ideal Partners Staffing's services and tailor solutions to each client
• Negotiate rates and terms, and close new accounts
• Partner with our recruiting team to make sure every new client gets an outstanding experience
• Represent Ideal Partners at local business events, chambers of commerce, and industry functions
• Track activity and results in our CRM and consistently hit or exceed sales goals

• 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (staffing industry experience is a big plus)
• A true hunter mentality: you're energized by prospecting and winning new business
• Confidence picking up the phone, walking into a business, and starting a conversation
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Resilience and persistence. You see "no" as "not yet"
