JOB SUMMARY

This position involves educating customers and selling water treatment services. The individual will lead our water treatment department, including training, and will manage all technician turnovers and marketed leads.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• The technician needs to generate sales for water treatment.
• Excellent communication skills are required, both in person and over the phone.
• Sales experience in water treatment is preferred but not mandatory.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.

JOB DUTIES

• Utilize Straight Forward Pricing correctly on each call, including all company-approved forms.
• Test all aspects of the job before leaving a home to ensure proper functioning and eliminate unnecessary callbacks.
• Explain each service performed to the client upon maintenance or repair completion, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a safety-conscious attitude on the job and while driving.
• Keep all working equipment clean.
• Follow up with customers via phone, email, and text message.
• Meet monthly and yearly KPIs regularly.
