Honda Master Technician – Lithia & Driveway

Location:

Bend Honda (L0219 Bend Honda). The role is available at Lithia & Driveway.

Pay: $40.00 per flat‑rate hour, with potential increases based on experience and qualifications. Includes a paid training guarantee for the first 30 days and relocation assistance for qualified applicants.

Schedule: Monday – Friday or Tuesday – Saturday.

Experience

Required:

Prior Honda dealership experience and certifications.

• Prior Honda automotive technician experience required.
• Ability to work a wide variety of cars, trucks, and vans with both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Willingness to grow and learn our dealership and the Honda brand.
• Ase certifications preferred.
• Attention to detail and safety protocols.
• Ability to navigate new technology with ease.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, adhering to Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose causes of malfunction.
• Road test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed and test procedures/results on repair orders.
• Acquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications through necessary training.
• Use shop supplies and materials efficiently and economically.
• Maintain an inventory of normal mechanic tools and special tools required for the technician’s training.
