Faubion Associates has been retained by Central Oregon Radiology Associates (CORA) in beautiful Bend, Oregon to conduct a search for a Chief Executive Officer. CORA has been providing a complete spectrum of Imaging Services to families living in Central and Eastern Oregon since 1947. The 30 physicians and 340 employees of CORA provide both professional and technical services at facilities affiliated with the St.

Charles Health System, as well as a wide range of solely-owned and joint-ventured imaging centers throughout the community.

The CEO is supported by a full executive team including a Chief Out-Patient Operations Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer and a Chief Physician Administrative Services Officer. This individual will also serve as the principal executive for all of CORA's operations including its joint-ventures and real estate holdings. The CEO will also serve as the executive liaison to the leadership at the St.

Charles Health System and other healthcare organizations.

Minimum of Ten (10) years of successful, senior-level operational and strategic management experience within a complex medical group setting including five (5) years at the executive level (CEO, COO, CFO, or EVP).

Experience with joint-venture partnerships, business expansion and the management of multi-site physician practices is required. Appropriate specialties may include, but are not limited to Radiology, Orthopedics or Cardiology.
