Overview

We are looking for our next amazing Front Desk Concierge to join our dynamic, compassionate team at our award-winning senior living community.

Touchmark at Pilot Butte, 1125 NE Watt Way, Bend, OR 97701

Responsibilities
  • Provide front desk support and be the heartbeat of the community. Greet residents and guests, share daily calendar events, assist with packages, walker/flower care, and address maintenance issues as needed, maintaining a welcoming environment.
  • Answer calls and route inquiries efficiently; maintain a professional, courteous demeanor in all interactions.
  • Support residents, guests, and team members with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Position & Educational Requirements
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
  • Professional and polite phone etiquette
  • Organized, detail-conscious, and self-initiating
  • Outgoing, warm, friendly personality
  • Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
  • Commitment to a high degree of confidentiality
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Able to walk long distances, climb stairs and lift heavy objects
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Respect for resident and staff information and records confidentiality
The Ideal Candidate Will

  • Have a "can do" attitude and strive to maintain a five-star site appearance
  • Experience answering calls on a multi-line phone system in a professional manner
  • Flexible schedule to cover for other team members when needed
  • Be willing to cross-train on other shifts to support the community
  • Be willing to work independently
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with copiers and printers
  • Maintain a professional appearance, a friendly attitude, and composure when interacting with team members, residents, and visitors
  • Excellent time-management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a high-traffic environment
  • Experience providing security for the property
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
