I opened my agency in 2015 after starting my career in advertising sales and later being recruited by State Farm. I grew up on a cattle ranch in Lakeview and graduated from the University of Oregon, experiences that shaped a strong work ethic, adaptability, and appreciation for teamwork. I'm a parent to three daughters, and our family loves skiing - something that carries into our office culture with planned team ski days and shared experiences outside of work.

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
