Patient Care Coordinator
Location: Bend, OR
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Compensation: $20 – $26 per hour (DOE)
Timber Kids Dentistry is seeking an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing pediatric dental team in Bend, OR. This role is ideal for seasoned front-office professionals who have worked in a healthcare setting and thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Dental experience is strongly preferred.

ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for the following:
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and families, in person and over the phone
- Manage scheduling, confirmations, and patient flow efficiently
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with basic billing and financial conversations
- Maintain accurate patient records and demographic information
- Coordinate check-in and check-out processes
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with parents and caregivers
- Support smooth daily front-office operations in collaboration with the clinical team
You will be required to possess the following:
- Prior front desk experience in a healthcare setting (dental strongly preferred)
- Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, and patient coordination
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy pediatric environment
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with dental terminology and practice management systems is a plus
