• Providing comprehensive dental hygiene, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance.
• Educating patients on oral hygiene techniques and personalized home care instructions.
• Taking digital radiographs and updating patient records using Eaglesoft dental software.
• Collaborating with the dentist to identify and discuss treatment needs.
• Ensuring patient comfort and creating a warm, welcoming environment.
• Sterilizing instruments and adhering to infection control protocols.
• Contributing to our positive office culture by working closely with the team.

• * Active Oregon Dental Hygiene License* (required).
• Strong clinical skills, a gentle touch, and a patient-centered approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable work ethic with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Passion for ongoing learning and commitment to high-quality patient care.
• Experience with
  * Eaglesoft* software is a plus (but not required—we’ll train the right person!).
