St. Charles Health System is seeking a Medical Oncologist to join our expanding, accredited Cancer Center serving the communities of Bend, Redmond, and the surrounding region. • Meaningful work:Provide comprehensive care across the entire cancer journey, including diagnosis, systemic therapy, follow-up, and survivorship.
• Multidisciplinary collaboration:Work closely with surgeons, radiation oncologists, palliative care, clinical trials coordinators, APPs, and support services.
• Clinical excellence:Participate in tumor boards, clinical research, and quality initiatives that elevate cancer care throughout the region.
• Balanced practice:Blend outpatient clinic, shared call rotation, and administrative time with strong organizational support.

• Manage oncology and hematology patients using evidence-based practices
• Prescribe and oversee systemic therapies
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in clinical trials and research initiatives
• Supervise APPs as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR
• Participate in shared call rotation

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Completion of Internal Medicine Residency and Hematology-Oncology Fellowship
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology/Oncology
• Unrestricted Oregon license (or ability to obtain) and DEA
• Strong communication skills and commitment to team-based care
• Experience in both hospital and outpatient oncology preferred
