- Locations in Bend, Redmond, and Sisters This opening is in Bend, OR
- 160 providers across 30 different specialties
- Quality of Care leader in Central Oregon achieving a 4.9 star rating or better on nearly all value-based contracts
- Upper decile for customer satisfaction and earned a perfect Medicare Quality (MIPS) score of 100/100 for 2022
- Epic EMR
- $500k-$600k, depending on experience
