Central Oregon Radiology Associates (CORA) is a 100% radiologist‑owned, independent private practice based in Bend, Oregon. CORA is an extremely stable practice that has been providing high quality radiological services in Central Oregon for over 75 years. We are seeking partner‑track radiologists with breast or women’s imaging fellowship training to join our growing team of over 35 radiologists. Located east of the Cascade Mountains, the city of Bend is set in a pleasant high‑desert climate that receives a lot of sunshine (unlike the coastal Pacific Northwest).
Surrounded by breathtaking natural settings, there is no shortage of activities for the outdoor enthusiast or nature lover. Immediately accessible recreation includes downhill and Nordic skiing, mountain biking, golf, hiking, fly fishing, river sports, and much more! Bend boasts a growing number of award‑winning breweries, restaurants, recreational facilities, and outstanding public and private education.
- 2-year partnership workup for those out of training or with < 5 years of experience.
- 1-year partnership eligibility considered for those with > 5 years of experience.
- Associate base salary: $500,000
. Any extra shifts worked are paid at the partner day rate creating potential to earn considerably more income. - $100,000 sign on bonus.
- 12 weeks of vacation in year 1 with partner parity in year 2.

- Candidates will work mostly daytime breast imaging shifts with additional general outpatient and ER/Call shifts.
- All weekday, weekend, holiday and call responsibilities are shared equally with partners.
- We employ our own internal radiology team for overnight coverage.
- Sectra PACS and Power Scribe ONE voice recognition software.
- Rad AI Impression auto‑generation software.
- Operations assistants are available throughout the day to assist with workflow and communications.
- We employ several physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and radiology practitioner assistants for improved practice efficiency.
- Breast or women’s imaging fellowship
- BC/BE radiologist.
- Candidate must receive board certification within one year of hire if board eligible.
- Graduate of an accredited U.S. residency program.
