Individuals must possess these knowledge, skills and abilities or be able to explain and demonstrate that the individual can perform the duties and responsibilities of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities. The individual is expected to follow College work rules and policies.

  • Ability to perform the duties of the position either supervised or independently, following well defined policies and procedures.
  • Ability to represent the College in a positive, professional manner.
  • Ability to work as a team member to solve problems and achieve goals.
  • Ability to plan and work successfully with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks at one time and on time per stated deadlines.
  • Ability to use standard office equipment, including e-mail (preferably Outlook), phones, Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, using the English language with or without the use of an interpreter.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with and contribute to a diverse workplace through ideas or experience.
  • Possess accurate arithmetic, grammar, spelling, editing and proofreading skills.
Ergonomic Requirements

Work is performed during regular working hours and in an ordinary office, mostly sitting. Computer screen is used 50 percent of the time. All individuals are required to be able to perform the essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Awarded and accepted Federal Work-Study for 2025-26
  • Meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress for financial aid.
