What You'll Do- Lead engaging ski and snowboard lessons tailored to participants’ ages, abilities, and learning goals.
- Demonstrate proper techniques for balance, turning, stopping, and safety procedures on indoor slopes.
- Manage participant behavior effectively using positive reinforcement.
- Assist with equipment fitting, safety gear checks, and ensuring proper use of all instructional tools.
- Build relationships with Shredder families, leading welcome/closing class announcement to promote Shredder and provide coaching feedback to get parents excited for their next class.
- Support the overall operation of the gym by maintaining cleanliness and organization of the teaching area.
- Must be physically able to lift/assist children to help them control speed and balance on the indoor slopes.

- Represent Shredder with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
- You have experience working with children (ideally ages 3-10 years old). If you've taught, coached, run a classroom, or worked a summer camp, that's more important than how well you ski or ride.
- General knowledge of skiing and/or snowboarding fundamentals and willing to learn our program curriculum. Technical certifications are a plus

- You have strong group management skills with the ability to build rapport with children.

- Starting pay $20-23/hour (DoE)
- Flexible part time schedule (20-30 hrs /week) including weekends
- Professional development opportunities
