Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $/yr
What You’ll Do- Perform structural calculations for a variety of building types
- Produce and coordinate structural drawings, including quality control
- Review shop drawings and respond to RFIs
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and design teams
- Conduct site visits and inspections as projects move through construction
- Support and help oversee projects from conception to completion, working closely with a Project Manager and Principal
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- E.I.T. certification (or actively working toward PE licensure)
- 1–5 years of structural engineering experience
- Working knowledge of the International Building Code (IBC) and applicable design standards
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams
- Broad exposure to the full project lifecycle
- Mentorship and oversight from experienced leadership
