, you are responsible for assisting members with financial transactions. Senior Tellers serve as the face of the credit union, providing an enriching member experience by asking individualized questions and providing personalized service. You will educate members on products and services by understanding each product and effectively communicating the benefits of building strong, trusted relationships with members.
Applicants must have at least one year of experience as a Teller in a financial institution; experience in customer service, cash handling, and working in a business office setting is preferred.
