Senior Teller – Part‑time

OCCU is a member‑owned credit union located in Bend, OR. This role offers a starting pay of $21–$23 per hour, with potential incentive pay and an additional $2 per hour for Spanish‑speakers who pass a proficiency test. The position requires 18–24 hours per week, typically covering midday shifts.

• Support members with financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account requests.
• Ask questions to identify member needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Perform cash balancing and ensure compliance with cash handling policies.
• Assist with meeting branch sales and service targets.
• Respond to member queries and provide timely resolution or escalation.

• Minimum of six months of related experience in a teller or customer‑service role.
• Strong cash handling skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of banking products and procedures, with a willingness to stay current through training.
• Ability to attend and complete required training programs.
