* TITLE:

** Occupational Therapist       
** Required**:  Must have necessary requisites for licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the Oregon State Board of Health. Valid Oregon driver's license and ability to meet St. Charles Health System driving requirements. Ability to travel to business functions/trainings/meetings and all St. Charles Health System worksites. Current AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification.
** Preferred**: A member in good standing of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA). See additional position information for preferred certification list.

Previous occupational therapy experience in a hospital based setting.

* PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

** Occasionally (25%):
Bending, stooping/kneeling/crouching, climbing ladder/step-stool (varies by area), reaching overhead, lifting/carrying/pushing or pulling 25-50 pounds, grasping/squeezing, ability to hear whispered speech level.
